Learn how to tell a “Moth-like” Story! Or a slam story. Or a solo piece. Now. In the present…With a mindfulness spin. From me!

I’m teaching a course via Zoom at Stagebridge.org, an Oakland non-profit that helps people over 50 discover their 2nd and 3rd Acts. (Or fourth or fifth if needed).

Check out their catalog here.

I’ve studied with the best and developed my own way to prepare real-life memoir-type stories for slams or solo fringe festivals.

I’ll share the techniques that have helped me come up with ideas; shape them into a presentable narrative, and then perform them live on stage with confidence.

I’ll share with you the mindfulness techniques I use that will enable you to find your hidden stories.

And then I’ll show how they’ve helped me to perform in the moment with an enlightened sense of focus. Sometimes humorously.

Go to STAGEBRIDGE.ORG and register for the class.

It starts Thursdays, July 22, 10 am Pacific-12 noon Pacific. Via Zoom. And goes for 6 weeks, including a class show.
